A friend just came back from Berlin. He went to this amazing exhabition. I can't remember who the artist was or where they where from, I think it was Switzerland. However they had made these massive paintings on glass. Apparently the originals, which where made in the 1920's where about 30ft by 10ft in size. My friend bought the catalogue, here are some of the reproductions.

the catch is we didn't catch the catch

The other day Igor told me a story. You see, he had invited me and Chloe over for a Barbecue and we where sitting around chatting about this and that when Igor said “Did I tell you about the trout?” and I said “the T-shirt?” and he said “Yes, one of my co-workers was...well he was looking at the trout, and he knows about our T-shirts right, I mean he knows there's normally some kind of secret meaning to them, so anyway he was staring at the trout for ages, all day he was just taking good long looks at this trout until finally he goes to me “Okay Igor!!! I don't get it, what's the catch!!!
And the thing is we didn't catch the trout!! we bought it from waitrose. It was a pretty tasty fish!!, anyway the point is we didn't intend the pun. You see originaly, our friend Rich had come up with the idea of putting a big trout on a t-shirt, I mean Just this massive Trout on a T-shirt. I really liked the Idea, this prize catch, it's like mine's bigger than yours kind of thing, mine is this big. Anyway we where going to have a back print, me and Igor, which had these hands, going “it was this big”, and the space.....I mean the gap between the hands, the 'this big' space was going to be bigger than the trout so........anyway that didn't happen, so the Trout T-shirt has always just sat there, kind of unresolved, doing nothing but.....being a trout. So it took a whole year of delay until Igor's co-worker sneezed out the pun that finished off the shirt.
