No 2 should be painted blue

Came across “A heartbreaking work of staggering genius” the other day at the library. I was aware of the book which had been recommended to me by my old boss. I had even picked it up and given it a go. For some reason the book never clicked, which is strange because it is the kind of book I like. Or perhaps more precisely, its the kind of book I like now. I mean, maybe at the time I was on the cusp of liking it, In other words, I wasn't ready for it. Maybe there is a time and a place. That time and place is tempered by a chain of events. No 2 comes after No 3 or P slides into C? But this presupposes that there must be a correct order in the chain of events to trigger the osmosis or transformation of inert matter into an aesthetic phenomenon!! I don't buy that, but am curious that I found out about the Homeless Museum in the magazine the Believer which I think is an off shoot from mcsweeneys which is the magazine that Eggers edits and design's who is the author of “A Heartbreaking work of staggering genius”? Anyway I think that If you are like me, at least half interested, then check out http://www.believermag.com/issues/200612/?read=article_topol
